      在线教学是高校应对疫情的重要举措,从传统教学场域转场到在线教学场域,教师、学生、课程等场域构成要素及其关系必然产生相应的变化,场域中相对稳定的惯习因此受到冲击,从而导致关系失衡引发冲突。文章分析了在线教学场域内教师与学生、教师与课程、学生与课程的关系演变以及冲突特征,并从培育在线教学管理文化、构建在线教育大数据、打造混合教学共同体三个层面给出了冲突调适对策。
Abstract:
      Online teaching is an important measure for colleges to deal with the epidemic situation. Switching from the traditional teaching to online teaching,the field elements including teacher,student,course,and their relations will inevitably produce corresponding changes. Therefore,the relatively stable habitus will be impacted,resulting in the imbalance of the relationship and conflict. This paper analyzes the evolution and conflict characteristics of the relationship between teacher and student,teacher and course,and student and course in the online teaching field,and gives the conflict adjustment countermeasures from three aspects of cultivating online teaching management culture,building online education big data,and building a mixed teaching community.
