| 高校思想政治理论课（简称“思政课”）话语体系是实现铸魂育人根本任务最基础、最关键的要素，既需要“顶天”的宏大叙事，也需要“立地”的个人关怀，要兼顾宏观与微观、国家与个体的平衡进行系统建构。在传播视域下，高校思政课话语体系可以构建为“话语生产—话语传播—话语到达”的基本框架。目前，高校思政课话语体系面临着话语内容吸引力和感染力不强、现代传播手段运用不足、受众意识不够等问题。贯彻习近平总书记“3.18”讲话精神，要从创新思政课话语生成路径、优化话语传播路径、畅通话语贯彻路径三个方面实现思政课的内容体系、传播体系和贯彻体系创新，提升高校思政课感染力和实效性，实现党的理论体系最终向学生价值体系的有效转化，培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。 |
| Abstract: |
| The discourse system of ideological and political courses is the most basic and key element in the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people，needs not only the grand narration of“heaven”but also the personal care of“site”. It should take into account the balance of macro and micro，states and individuals for systematic construction. From the perspective of propagation，the discourse system of ideological and political course in colleges and universities can be understood as the basic framework of“discourse production-discourse communication- discourse absorption”. At present，the discourse system of ideological and political course in colleges and universities has some problems，such as the weak attraction and appeal of the discourse content，the insufficient use of modern communication means，and the insufficient awareness of the audience. Carrying out the spirit of secretary general Xi Jinping’s 3.18 speech，we should innovate the content system，the communication system and the implementation system of the discourse system of ideological and political education from three aspects：Innovating the path of discourse generation，optimizing the path of discourse communication and implementing the path of discourse，thus enhancing the sense and effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities， realizing the effective transformation of the party’s theoretical system to the student value system，and cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors. |
