| 复试是研究生招生工作的重要组成部分，是完成生源选拔的关键环节。在信息化飞速发展和疫情精准防控的形势下，依托网络开展“云复试”是满足复试主体现实需要的首要选择。本文通过分析“云复试”优势所在，厘清“云复试”面临的信息丢失、效益与公平、责任归属三大现实困境，结合实践提出了破解困境的对策建议，将有益于优化“云复试”工作，全面提高复试工作质量水平。 |
| Abstract: |
| Re-examination is an important part and a crucial step of enrolling postgraduates. Given the sophisticated information technology and the COVID-19 prevention and control，online re-examination becomes the primary choice. This paper analyzes the advantages of online postgraduate re-examination and its problems—information asymmetry，the relationship between efficiency and fairness，and terms of responsibility. This paper also discusses the countermeasures to the problems based on the practice，which will be helpful to optimize online re-examination and improve its quality. |
