“双一流”建设是新时代高等教育发展的方向。教学是高等教育的基础,高效的教学模式会让教学取得事半功倍的成效,对“双一流”建设起重要的促进作用。课程团队经过多年的教学实践和总结,创新性地提出了“四部曲”教学模式,分别是凝练知识点构建核心知识体系模式、有效的教学策略及管理、延展课堂及教学效果评价。本文采用“二八定律”凝练知识点和课堂管理,教学策略选用螺旋式递进知识复现手段,利用现代教育技术延展课堂,并运用有效的教学效果评价给予实时反馈,再根据反馈迭代改进各个环节。以教学促教育,稳步推进“双一流”建设。 |
Abstract: |
“Double first-class”construction is the direction of the development of higher education in the new era,and teaching is the basis of higher education. Efficient teaching mode will achieve twice the result with half the effort,and play an important role in promoting the construction of“double first-class”. After years of teaching practice,the curriculum team has innovatively put forward the general and effective teaching mode the“Quartet”,consisting of core knowledge system built by condensing knowledge points,effective teaching strategies and management,classroom extension and evaluation of teaching effect. Among them,the Pareto Principle is adopted to condense knowledge points and manage classroom,the teaching strategy adopted is spiral progressive knowledge reproduction method,modern educational technology is used to extend the classroom,and effective teaching evaluation is used to give real-time feedback. Every link is improved according to feedback iteration. Thus,it helps to promote education through teaching and to steadily promote the construction of“double first-class”. |
