文职人员作为现代化军队的重要人力资源,是作战支援的重要保障力量,当前已与军官、军士、士兵并列成为军队的“四大支柱”。针对军队院校文职人员评价指标研究程度不够深入的现状,系统阐述了对军校文职人员评价指标的认知,包括评价指标的理解、构成与内容;提出了军校文职人员指标设计思路与权重配制方法,以及评价指标效度的检测方法。 |
Abstract: |
Civilian personnel,as an important human resource of the modern army,is an important guarantee force for combat support. At present,it has become the“four pillars”of the army together with officers,non-commissioned officers and soldiers. In view of the present situation that research on the evaluation index of civilian personnel in military academies is not deep enough,this study elaborates on the evaluation index of civilian personnel in military academies,including its understanding,composition and content. This paper puts forward the design idea of civilian personnel index and the method of weight formulation,as well as the method of testing the validity of the index. |
