“双一流”建设背景下,完善教师聘用制度、加快中国特色现代大学制度建设是我国高校发展的关键。文章分析了42所“双一流”高校教师聘用制度的现状,总结了预聘-长聘制改革的特点,反思了该制度在设计和实行过程中存在的问题。在此基础上,为我国高校教师队伍建设和人事制度改革提供启发与借鉴,推进我国高校“双一流”建设,实现高等教育的高质量发展。 |
Abstract: |
Under the background of“double first-class”construction,improving the teacher employment system and accelerating the construction of modern university system with Chinese characteristics are the key to the development of universities in China. By analyzing the current situation of the teacher employment system in 42“double first-class”universities,this paper summarizes the characteristics of pre-employment and long appointment system reform,and reflects on the problems existing in the design and implementation of the system. Therefore,it provides reference for the construction of teaching staff and the reform of personnel system, promotes the construction of“double first-class”universities,and realizes the high-quality development of higher education. |
