| 针对新时代军事教育条件下对无人机技术领域创新型人才的迫切需求，着重实现目前人才培养由学历教育为主向“学历教育和任职教育融合”的转变，对无人机技术与保障专业的任职能力培养进行探索。基于“产出导向、学员中心、持续优化”的顶层设计理念构建人才培养体系，重点在无人机技术与保障任职岗位分析、课程体系、综合实践环境建设等方面进行了思考和有益尝试。 |
| Abstract: |
| Considering the urgent demand for innovative talents of UAV engineering required by the military education in the new era，this paper focuses on the transformation from academic education to“integration of academic education and post education”，and explores the cultivation of the first-time ability of UAV technology and support talents. The talent training system is constructed based on the top-level design concept of“outcome-based，student-centered，continuous optimization”. Furthermore，the beneficial attempts of analyzing UAV technology and support post，reforming curriculum system and constructing comprehensive practical environment are discussed. |
