      积极心理学是致力于研究人与积极情绪之间的关系,强调人的积极力量、平衡心理学价值观和面对难题时的积极解释。文章针对“读后续说”教学中本科学生的愉悦、焦虑与倦怠情绪动态变化情况,解释积极心理学视角下,学业情绪对“读后续说”教学的影响。研究表明,从积极心理学入手,探索提升学业情绪的手段,可有效提升学生学习幸福感。
Abstract:
      Positive psychology is committed to studying the relationship between people and positive emotions,emphasizing people’s positive power,balancing psychological values and positive interpretation in the face of problems. Aiming at the dynamic changes of undergraduate students’feelings of pleasure,anxiety and burnout in the reading-speaking integrated continuation task,this paper explains the impact of academic emotion on the reading-speaking integrated continuation task from the perspective of positive psychology. It is found that from the perspective of positive psychology,exploring the means to improve academic emotion can effectively improve students’happiness of learning.
