| The construction and innovation of the training mode for cultivating talents with four qualities in military universities must follow the concept，objectives and principles of military talent training，and systematically construct the model system according to the purpose，content，methodology and other elements. The content system of the training model，which has been put into practice，is elaborated from the aspects of ideological and political education，scientific and cultural education，combat-oriented military training and innovation ability training. |
