| Abstract: |
| From the perspective of realistic analysis，theoretical interpretation and policy interpretation，this paper systematically discusses the practical orientation，basic characteristics，and practical requirements of the faculty construction in universities in the new era，By applying the principles of education，psychology，and management，the internal mechanism of the faculty construction has been revealed，and therefore，countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the faculty construction of university in the new era have been proposed. |
