| 军队院校工程技术类学员实施大类招生培养模式改革是实现人才培养质量提升的有益探索。借助SWOT方法，分析了军队高等教育院校工程技术类学员开展大类招生培养模式改革的机遇、优势，以及面临的挑战，进而有效验证了实施院内大类招生培养的组织模式改革方式的可行性。基于分析结果，瞄准“厚基础、宽口径、重实践”的人才培养要求，提出了实施工程技术类学员大类招生培养模式改革的策略，为提高人才培养质量提供了有益参考。 |
| Abstract: |
| The reform of the large-class enrollment and training mode for engineering technology students in military academy is a beneficial exploration to improve the quality of personnel training. SWOT method was used to analyze the opportunities，advantages and challenges of the training mode reform in cultivating engineering and technology students in College of Intelligence Science and Technology of National University of Defense Technology，which effectively verified the feasibility of implementing the organizational model reform of the large-class enrollment training within the academy. Based on the analysis results and aiming at the talent training requirements of“solid foundation，wide caliber，and emphasis on practice”，it puts forward the strategy of implementing the reform of large-class enrollment and training mode of engineering and technology students，providing beneficial references for improving the quality of talent cultivation. |
