      学生评教是高校教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,作为促进教师教学改进的一项重要举措,目前已被国内高校广泛使用。但评教活动在实际的组织过程、结果使用等方面,出现了部分困境与矛盾。通过调查国内具有代表性的高等院校,了解其学生评教活动现状,对学生评教开展中存在的困境进行了分析,并对学生评教的核心问题进行了探究。基于对学生评教现状的理解与探索,给出了对策建议。直面学生反馈,查找自身问题,以创新促发展,进而切实提高教学质量。
Abstract:
      Student evaluation of teaching is an important part of the teaching quality guarantee system in colleges and universities. As an important measure to promote teaching,it has been popular in domestic colleges and universities. However,there are some difficulties and contradictions in the actual organizing process and in the use of results. A survey of representative colleges and universities in China was conducted to understand the current situation of students’evaluation of teaching activities,to analyze the difficulties in the development of student evaluation,and to explore the core issues related to student evaluation. Based on the understanding and exploration of the current situation of students’evaluation of teaching,countermeasures and suggestions are provided. Students’feedback helps to pinpoint the problems. Teaching quality can be improved through innovation.
