| 2023年9月1日是国防科技大学70周年华诞。70年来，学校的诞生、成长和壮大，凝聚着党中央、中央军委的高度重视、亲切关怀和厚爱。贯彻落实习主席训词和指示精神，加快建设世界一流高等教育院校步伐，必须深刻领悟历任党和国家领导人给予学校办学治校的关怀和期待，系统总结学校在长期建设实践中取得的宝贵经验和成效，围绕新时代强军目标着力构建“一流水平、一流贡献”办学体系，在强军新征程中不断探索我军特色高等教育院校高水平建设发展道路。 |
| Abstract: |
| September 1，2023 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of National University of Defense Technology（NUDT）. The past 70 years has witnessed the birth and growth of NUDT which represents the great attention and care from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China（CPC）and the Central Military Commission. In the process of implementing Chinese President Xi Jinping’s instructions and accelerating the construction of a world-class higher educational institution，we must deeply understand the care and expectations previous CPC leaders and national leaders have shown for school management and development. The valuable experience and achievements gained in the long-term construction practice should be systematically summarized. Focusing on the goal of strengthening the armed forces in the new era，we have strove to build a“first-class level，first-class contribution”educational system，and have kept exploring the way of constructing a world-class higher educational institution with characteristics of the Chinese military in the new journey of strengthening the armed forces. |
