“哈军工”在办学治院育人实践中,其思想政治教育一贯坚持政治、思想、品德、作风“四位一体”,始终把理想信念、使命责任作为教育重点,综合运用了灌输教育、疏导教育、分层教育、普遍教育、显性教育、隐性教育等多种教育方法。通过学校教育与家庭教育、课堂教育与实践教育、养成教育与野营教育的优势补充,使得思想政治教育无处不在、无时不有,对培养高素质军事工程技术人才、研制高水平科技成果产生了良好的推动作用。这些成功实践对新时代高等教育院校,特别是军事高等教育院校思想政治教育创新,具有重要的参考价值。 |
Abstract: |
In the practice of school management and educating students,ideological and political education in Harbin Military Academy of Engineering had always adhered to the“four in one”of politics,ideology,morality and style,had always prioritized ideals,beliefs,mission and responsibilities in education,and had employed various educational methods such as indoctrination education,persuasion education,hierarchical education,universal education,explicit education,and implicit education. The complement of school education and family education,classroom education and practical education,nurturing education and camping education makes ideological and political education omnipresent. It had played a good role in fostering high-quality military engineering technicians and developing high-level scientific and technological achievements. These successful practices provide important and beneficial reference for the innovation of ideological and political education in the new era in higher education institutions,especially in military academies. |
