      教学是有目的、有计划、有组织的人类经验传授活动。教育者“教”的目的在于学习者能够“学会”,因此以“学”为中心进行教学设计就显得尤为重要。在信息化时代,以“学”为中心进行教学,注重从学员的发展、学员的学习、学员的学习效果三个方面重构教学设计,变传统教学为混合式教学,并采用Boppps模式、情境式教学、虚拟现实技术、在线平台等多种方式,促进课前、课中、课后三个环节的本质转变,深层次促进师生间、生生间的交流互通。
Abstract:
      Teaching is a purposeful,planned and organized activity for imparting human experience. The purpose of educators’“teaching”is that learners can“learn”. It is particularly important to design learner-centered teaching. In the information age,learner-centered teaching focuses on restructuring the teaching design from the three aspects:cadets’development,cadets’learning and cadets’learning effect,turning traditional teaching into mixed teaching,and adopting BOPPPS mode,situational teaching,virtual reality technology,online platform. Furthermore,methods and means are adopted to promote the essential transformation of the three links–before,during and after class,and intense interaction and communication between teachers and students and among students are promoted.
