      面向现代化强国建设人才支撑需要,应用型地方本科高校的教育工作着力点为培养应用型人才。湖南理工学院为首批国家产教融合发展工程应用型本科规划高校,正在积极研究探索应用型地方本科高校所需的人才培养模式,基于“三全育人”格局和“协同育人”耦合思路,建立“四有”协同育人闭环机制与“六维”协同育人开放体系,实践探索闭环开放“三全”协同育人的有效性。运用模糊综合评价方法,对2019年到2021年“三全”协同育人模式的实施效果进行评价,验证了“三全”协同育人模式的有效性,并对模式现有的不足提出了展望。
Abstract:
      In order to meet the needs of talent support for the construction of a modern and powerful country,the education work of application-oriented local undergraduate colleges and universities focuses on cultivating application-oriented talents. Hunan Institute of Technology is one of the first batch of national universities planning for the integration of industry and education development engineering application-oriented undergraduate planning,and is actively studying and exploring the talent training mode required by application-oriented local undergraduate universities. Based on the idea of integrating the“three wholes” (whole staff, whole process and whole curriculum) education pattern and the collaborative education,this paper establishes a closed-loop mechanism of“four haves”collaborative education and a“six-dimension”collaborative education open system,and explores the effectiveness of closed-loop opening of“three wholes”collaborative education. The implementation effect of the“three wholes”collaborative education model from 2019 to 2021 was evaluated by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which verified the effectiveness of the“three wholes”collaborative education model and put forward a prospect for the existing shortcomings of the model.
