| 为高质量开展高年级专业课程的课程思政元素库建设，提出了彰显核心目标指向、和谐融入专业教学、强调突出思政增益的建设思路。针对课程思政元素库建设，提出向心度、融入度、思政增益和思政绩效等评价指标，设计了评建一体的课程思政元素库结构。以“光纤通信”课程为例，阐释了课程思政元素库的构建和评价方法，为专业课程开展课程思政元素库建设提供了借鉴。 |
| Abstract: |
| To well build an ideological and political element bank for senior major-compulsory courses，three principles are proposed in this paper, including political orientation，integration of moral education and course teaching and gain of values and political education. Evaluation parameters，such as centrality，incorporation，values and political education gain and performance，are also proposed，which are used to guide the building of this bank. The bank is both about construction and about evaluation. Methods about construction and evaluation of this bank are elaborated，taking the course Optical Fiber Communication as an example，providing reference for ideological and political education in major-compulsory courses. |
