| 深化国防和军队改革是实现中国梦、强军梦的重要举措，也是强军兴军的必由之路。新时代十年，国防科技大学深入学习领会习主席改革强军战略思想，牢牢把握改革大势，积极稳妥推进改革任务落地落实，实现了学校体系性重塑。特别是近年来，学校按照习主席和中央军委决策部署，对标建设“两个高地”、办成“世界一流”时代要求，进一步对机构编制进行调整优化，有效破解了发展“堵点”，催生了改革“亮点”，取得了一些探索性、创新性成果，为加快建设世界一流高等教育院校、深化军队院校改革先行先试迈出了实质性步伐。 |
| Abstract: |
| Deepening national defense and military reform is an important measure to achieve the Chinese Dream and the dream of building a strong military, and it is also the only way to build a strong military. In the past decade of the new era, National University of Defense Technology (NUDT) has deeply studied and understood President Xi Jinping's strategic idea of strengthening the military through reform, has firmly grasped the trend of reform, has actively and steadily promoted the implementation of reform tasks, and has achieved the systematic reshaping of the school. Especially in recent years, in accordance with the decisions and deployments of President Xi Jinping and the Central Military Commission, NUDT has further adjusted and optimized its organizational structure to meet the requirements of building the “two highlands” and becoming a “world-class” university. It has effectively cracked the “bottleneck” of development, gave birth to the “highlights” of reform, and achieved some exploratory and innovative results. Tentative yet substantial steps have been taken in order to accelerate the construction of a world-class higher education institution and deepen the reform of military academies. |
