| 聚焦职业是我军军事职业教育的基本属性，必须传递军事知识技能、坚持实战导向、注重职业道德；立足岗位是我军军事职业教育的根本原则，必须着眼岗位任职、突出工作需要、瞄准未来发展；在线学习是我军军事职业教育的时代特征，必须以课程为中心、优化服务平台、加强过程管控。 |
| Abstract: |
| With developing expertise being the basic attribute in military vocational education of PLA，it is necessary to impart military knowledge and skills，orient towards actual combat orientation，and focus on professional ethics. The fundamental principle of taking root in posts in military vocational education of PLA requires to focus on post qualifications，highlight duties of jobs，and aim at future development. With online learning being the characteristic of the times，military vocational education of PLA should take the curriculum as the center，optimize the service platform，and strengthen the management and control over the process. |
