      军校作为高素质新型军事人才培养的主阵地,迫切需要加强学员人文素养的培育。提升军校学员人文素养的前提和基础,是明确人文素养的内涵及构成要素。通过对人文素养的文化内涵进行溯源,结合中国素质教育的发展历程,梳理人文素养在当代学术研究领域的理论建构,厘清人文素养内涵。结合军校学员的职业属性,从人文知识、人文精神、人文行为三个维度,构建军校学员求真、尚美、崇善相统一的核心人文素养体系,为提升军校学员人文素养提供学理依据。
Abstract:
      As the main battlefield for cultivating high-quality new military talents,military academies urgently need to strengthen the cultivation of cadets’humanistic literacy. The premise and foundation for improving the humanistic literacy of cadets is to clarify the connotation and constituent elements of humanistic literacy. By tracing the cultural connotation of humanistic literacy and combining it with the development process of quality education in China,the theoretical construction of humanistic literacy in contemporary academic research is sorted out,and the connotation of humanistic literacy is clarified. Based on the professional attributes of cadets,from the three dimensions of humanistic knowledge,humanistic spirit,and humanistic behavior,a core humanistic literacy system is constructed,which integrates the pursuit of truth,beauty,and goodness among cadets,providing theoretical basis for improving their humanistic literacy.
