| Abstract: |
| As an outstanding representative of China's first generation of modern natural scientists，Zhu Kezhen not only filled numerous gaps in China's natural science field and climbed the world’s scientific peaks，but also demonstrated a unique scientific style：free exploration to serve the nation and the people，leading research in response to the nation’s needs，rigorous and pragmatic while persistent in seeking truth，integrating arts and sciences while fostering interdisciplinary innovation，and striving for innovation and excellence in his twilight years. The above-mentioned demeanor encapsulates noble values，scholarly methods，research strategies，and the spirit of science. It combines Eastern and Western knowledge，integrate the past with the present，and combines science and philosophy，thereby setting an immortal scholarly model for the Chinese scientific community. |
