      大学生社区参与是英国公民教育的核心内容。伦敦大学学院开展大学生社区参与实践有两条路径:一是课内与课程学习相结合,引导学生在实践中学习及应用知识;二是课外与志愿服务相结合,有社区伙伴项目、学生主导项目以及社区研究计划等活动类型。同时,呈现出立足公民教育、以知识应用与服务能力培养为核心、课内课外双向推进、配备高水平人员队伍等特点。借鉴英国伦敦大学学院大学生社区参与的经验,我国高校开展社会实践活动应树立实践涵养价值观的育人原则、明确服务能力为核心的育人内容、建构课内外协同推进的育人机制,实现新时代实践育人工作的高质量发展。
Abstract:
      Community engagement among college students is a core component of citizenship education in UK. Practice of community engagement in University College London(UCL)is divided into curricular and extracurricular paths. On the one hand,it is combined with curricular to guide students in learning and applying knowledge in practice;on the other hand,it is combined with volunteering services,such as community partners,student-led volunteering projects and community research initiative for students. It has such characteristics as focusing on civic education,cultivating knowledge application and service capabilities as the core,promoting both curricular and extracurricular activities,and equipping high-level personnel teams. Drawing on the experience of UCL,Chinese universities should establish the principle of cultivating values through practice,clarify the core content of service ability,and construct a collaborative education mechanism between curricular and extracurricular activities to achieve high-quality development of practical education in the new era.
