| 当前，终生创新者已成为推动社会发展与文明进步的中坚力量。综观各类终生创新者，除了必需具备恰当的创新平台外，个人主观方面还需有探索不止的强烈创新精神，并有弥补晚年精力衰弱的强大创新方法——一种行之有效而被广泛采用的大跨度交叉思维方法。人类的创新能力及方法，也应与学习能力及方式一样，不断发展，与时俱进。终生学习的理念及方式早已从少数精英扩展到广大民众，而终生创新的理念及方法也应会有与之相似的发展过程。 |
| Abstract: |
| Currently，lifelong innovators have become the backbone force in driving social development and the advancement of civilization. An overview of all types of lifelong innovators reveals that in addition to the necessary innovation platforms，individuals must also possess a strong innovative spirit that is insatiable in exploration，and they must have powerful innovative methods to compensate for the decline in energy in their later years. One of such methods is the effective and widely adopted cross-disciplinary thinking. Human innovation capabilities and methods should also evolve and keep pace with the times，just like learning abilities and approaches. The concept and methods of lifelong learning have long expanded from a few elites to the general public，and the philosophy of and approaches to lifelong innovation will inevitably follow a similar development process. |
