朋辈教育是一种被证明行之有效的教育模式,如何将这一模式应用到大学生思政教育中是一个值得探索的课题。退役大学生经历过两种不同氛围不同环境的生活学习,他们是大学生群体中的一部分,又有着不同于一般大学生的特质。军队相较于高校有着更为严格的纪律和更为艰苦的训练,使得退役大学生的政治素养、纪律意识、品质精神有别于一般大学生。以创新大学思政教育的模式为导向,分析退役大学生作为群体而非个体所具有的特质,以及这些特质在思政教育中的价值。探索通过朋辈教育的模式将退役大学生所具有的特质融入思政教育的途径,以期为提升高校大学生思政教育的效果提供新的思路和启示。 |
Abstract: |
Peer education is a proven effective education model. How to apply this model to college students’ideological and political education is a topic worth exploring. Veteran college students have experienced two different atmospheres and environments of life and study. They are a part of the college student population and possess unique traits that set them apart from average college students. Compared with universities,the military has stricter discipline and more arduous training,which has honed their political literacy,discipline awareness,and perseverance qualities that are different from ordinary college students. This article is guided by the innovative model of ideological and political education in universities,analyzing the characteristics of veteran college students as a group rather than individuals,and the value of these characteristics in ideological and political education. It explores ways to integrate the characteristics of veteran college students into ideological and political education through peer education,in order to provide new ideas and inspirations for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students. |
