平均学分绩点作为一种广泛应用于各高校以衡量学生学习成效的工具,在发挥积极作用的同时也暴露出很多问题,引发了一定的负面影响。通过剖析平均学分绩点的概念内涵和影响因素,深入研究了其对学生学业影响的机理。经过分析平均学分绩点的功效和局限性,针对存在的问题提出了使用建议,以期为高校决策者合理有效使用平均学分绩点提供参考。 |
Abstract: |
Grade point average(GPA),a tool widely used in colleges and universities to measure students’academic performance,plays a positive role,but also exposes many problems and causes some negative effects. By analyzing the conceptual and connotation,as well as the influence factors of GPA,this paper delves into the mechanism of its impact on students’academic performance,and analyzes the functions and limitations of GPA. Aiming at these existing problems,this paper puts forward suggestions on the use of GPA,so as to provide references for the rational and effective use of GPA by university decision-makers. |
