| 生长军官是我军建军治军的重要力量，必须紧盯科技之变、战争之变、对手之变，大力培养生长军官的新质能力。研究基于对未来战争特点的分析，提出加强培养生长军官应对高技术作战行动的科技认知力、应对多领域作战行动的跨域理解力以及应对复杂作战行动的精准决策力，并对培养路径进行了针对性设计，以期为军队院校人才培养提供参考借鉴。 |
| Abstract: |
| Cadets are an important part in building the Chinese military. The new combat capabilities of cadets should be cultivated in response to changes in technology，war，and opponents. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of future warfare，it is suggested that the high-tech based cognition for high-tech combat operations，cross-domain understanding for multi-domain combat operations，and precise decision-making abilities for complex combat operations should be vigorously cultivated. The targeted cultivation path is also proposed，in order to provide reference and inspiration for talent cultivation in military academies. |
