编写教师手册是国内外高校促进教师职业发展的重要举措。基于对国内“双一流”高校和美军院校教师手册的分析可知,我国“双一流”高校普遍注重引导教师立德树人,关注教师的教学和科研,重视支持教师职业发展的资源和信息建设;美军院校教师手册则更加关注教师队伍的多元融合,强调以人才培养为中心,凸显军队院校管理特色。两者在学生基本情况、教师科研和教师职业发展支持举措等内容的汇编上存在较大不同。我军院校可考虑以增强教师对军队院校和军校教师职业的认同感、提升教师职业发展能力为目标导向,基于院校办学实际,综合借鉴有益经验构建教师手册的内容框架,为夯实教师职业发展支持体系提供参考。 |
Abstract: |
The preparation of faculty handbooks is an important initiative to promote the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of faculty handbooks of China’s“double first-class”universities and the US military academies,it can be seen that China’s“double first-class”universities generally attach importance to guiding teachers to cultivate moral character,emphasize teachers’teaching and research,and pay attention to providing comprehensive resources and information to support professional development of teachers;in contrast,US military academies are concerned with the diverse integration of the faculty,focus on the talent cultivation,and highlight military characteristics in faculty management. The two differ greatly in the compilation of basic student information,teachers’research work and teachers’professional development support initiative. Chinese military academies can consider as their goal enhancing teachers’sense of identification with military academies,strengthening teachers’sense of professional identity,and improving teachers’professional development abilities. Based on the actual situation of the academies,we can comprehensively draw on useful experience to construct the content framework of the faculty handbook,providing reference for consolidating the support system for teachers’professional development. |
