| 为响应新时期军事教育方针和人才培养质量观的新要求，应以提升人才培养和教学工作的质量为总体目标，着力构建教学质量保证体系。这既是军队院校聚焦主责主业的必然要求，也是质量导向的内涵式发展的最佳路径。研究介绍了学院质量保证体系的运行机理，阐述了在质量保证体系支撑下基层教学单位为教员教学能力提升所创设的制度机制，并总结了相关做法，提出了操作性较强的质量保证体系落地实践经验，以期为提升军队院校质量保证体系运行效能提供借鉴。 |
| Abstract: |
| In response to the new requirements of the military education policy and the quality concept of talent cultivation in the new era，the overall goal is to improve the quality of talent cultivation and teaching work，and to focus on building a teaching quality assurance system. This is not only an inevitable requirement for military academy to focus on the major responsibility，but also the best path for its connotative development. The study introduces the operational mechanism of the quality assurance system in the Army Logistics Academy，elaborates on the institutional mechanism created by grassroots teaching units to enhance the teaching ability of instructors under the support of the quality assurance system，summarizes relevant practices，and proposes practical experience in implementing a quality assurance system with strong feasibility，in order to provide reference for improving the operational efficiency of the quality assurance system in military academies. |
