      生成式人工智能的崛起冲击着传统教育范式,引发了诸多伦理风险。代表英国顶尖教学和科研水平的罗素大学集团率先回应,采取排斥的方式规避风险。然而一味地排斥新技术不仅不能解决问题,更有可能错过发展时机。罗素大学集团及时调整策略,以许可开放的态度支持生成式人工智能在教育领域的应用,其由堵到疏的态度转变是顺应科技趋势、国家政策和学生需求的必然选择。结合罗素大学集团的治理经验和我国的实际情况,可以从完善教育管理制度、确保教师主体地位、引导学生正确使用三个角度加以借鉴,以充分发挥生成式人工智能在教育行业的变革潜力,推动高等教育数字化转型的顺利发展。
Abstract:
      The rise of generative artificial intelligence impacts the traditional education paradigm and causes many ethical risks. The Russell Group,representing the UK’s top teaching and research standards,has been the first to respond by adopting an exclusive approach to avoid risk. However,blindly rejecting new technologies not only fails to solve the problem,but also misses the development opportunity. The Russell Group timely adjusts its strategy to support the application of generative artificial intelligence in the field of education with an open attitude,and its attitude change from avoidance to embrace is an inevitable choice to comply with the trend of science and technology,national policies and students’needs. In light of the actual situation of China,the governance experience of the Russell Group is enlightening in the three perspectives:improving the educational management system,ensuring the principal status of teachers,and guiding students to correctly use it,so as to give full play to the transformative potential of generative artificial intelligence in the education industry and promote the smooth development of digital transformation of higher education.
