      毕业设计和综合演练是军队院校培养学员创新实践和岗位任职能力的重要环节。联合式对抗毕业设计和综合演练将二者深度融合,以典型作战场景为牵引,由作战问题凝练生成毕业设计选题,多专业学员联合开展交叉融合与对抗研究,并在实战化综合演练中检验毕业设计成果。研究对实施联合式对抗毕业设计和综合演练的必要性进行分析,介绍实施模式架构与关键问题,并以城市有人/无人协同作战场景为例,简要说明实施过程。这种毕业设计与综合演练一体化实施模式有助于提升学员钻战研战、为战创新和对抗博弈等多维能力和联合作战素养,对提高毕业设计与综合演练“战” 味和质量、把好本科生毕业出口关、培养通晓战争的科技人才和掌握科技的军事人才具有重要意义。
Abstract:
      Graduation projects and comprehensive drills are both important parts of cultivating cadets' innovative practice and post ability in military academies. Joint adversarial graduation projects and comprehensive drills integrate the two parts deeply,drawn by typical combat scenarios. The topics of graduation projects are generated from combat problems. Cadets of diverse majors collaborate to conduct cross disciplinary integration and adversarial research,and verify the results of their graduation design through practical comprehensive drills. The paper analyzes the necessity of implementing joint adversarial graduation projects and comprehensive drills. Then,the implementation mode and key issues are introduced and the implementation process is explained briefly by taking the urban manned/unmanned collaborative elimination scenario as an example. This integrated mode of graduation projects and comprehensive drills can helps to enhance cadets’joint operations literacy and multiple capabilities in operational research,innovative practice and adversarial games. It is important for improving the“war”flavor and quality of graduation projects and comprehensive drills,ensuring the quality of cadets,and the cultivation of scientific and technological talents who are well versed in war and military talents who have mastered science and technology.
