| “教学与科研相统一”是对现代高等教育院校在实施人才培养和科学研究过程中的核心要求，也是我国高等教育高质量发展的新形势和新任务。对于高水平军事高等教育院校，为实现有组织教学与有组织科研，协调好拔尖人才培养、国防科技自主创新和为战育人等多重使命任务，实现教学科研一体化协同发展是院校建设亟须解决的一个时代课题。E学院以团队为基本单位，从团队构建模式、建设举措、制度保障等方面对教学科研一体化协同建设进行了探索实践，促进了学院各团队教研相长、协同优化、优势互补，并取得了良好效果，形成了多个教学科研均具有一流水平的团队，为高等教育院校实现人才培养高质量发展提供了参考借鉴。 |
| Abstract: |
| “The unity of teaching and scientific research”is the core requirement for modern higher education institutions in the process of implementing personnel training and scientific research，and is also a new form and task for the high-quality development of higher education in China. High-level military academies need to conduct the mission of talent training，national defense science and technology innovation and service preparation for war and to realize organized scientific research and organized teaching. Therefore，integrated and collaborative development of teaching and research is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed in the construction of colleges and universities. With the team as the basic unit，College E has explored and practiced the team construction of teaching and research integration from the aspects such as team construction mode，construction measures，and system guarantee，which has promoted the college’s internal teaching and research，coordinated optimization and complementary advantages，and achieved good results，forming a number of first-class teaching and research teams. It can provide reference for higher education institutions to achieve high-quality development of personnel training. |
