| 我国学位制度与研究生教育经历了从规模扩张的外延式发展向质量提升的内涵式发展转变，《中华人民共和国学位法》是我国进入高质量发展阶段出台的国家学位法规，是对我国学位制度与研究生教育改革发展实践的经验总结和创新发展。《中华人民共和国学位法》对学位类型、学位授权、学位标准、学位权益及学位管理等方面进行了具有前瞻性和创新性的制度设计，更好地顺应了我国研究生教育的发展趋势，为研究生教育的高质量发展提供了制度保障和政策支撑，并将有力推动我国学位与研究生教育的改革创新，助力教育、科技、人才强国建设。 |
| Abstract: |
| China’s degree and graduate education has undergone a transformation from an outward expansion of scale to an internal development of quality improvement. The Degree Law of the People’s Republic of China is a national degree regulation introduced as China enters a stage of high-quality development. It is a summary of the experience and innovative development of China’s degree and graduate education reform and development practice. The Degree Law of the People’s Republic of China has made forward-looking and innovative institutional designs in terms of degree types，degree authorization，degree standards，degree rights and interests，and degree management；It better conforms to the development trend of graduate education in China，provides institutional guarantees and policy support for the high-quality development of graduate education，and will effectively promote the reform and innovation of degree and graduate education in China，and assist in the construction of a strong country in education，science and technology，and talents. |
