| 核心素养是教育领域的热点问题。构建军校学员核心素养模型能厘清学员必备的品格和关键能力，为细化人才培养标准与要求提供参考。通过对446篇期刊文献进行深入解读、人工标注、概念整合与提炼，自下而上地构建了军校学员核心素养模型。该模型包含了知识、能力、态度与品德、身心素质四个维度，可细分为通用知识、运用能力、政治觉悟、心理素质等17个核心指标，涵盖了高科技信息知识、军事知识、解决问题能力、操作能力、使命意识、奉献精神等62个关键要素。经与国内外代表性模型进行比对，证实该模型具有系统性、有效性和独特性。 |
| Abstract: |
| The key competency is a hot issue in the field of education. Constructing a core competency model for cadets in military academies can clarify their essential character and key abilities，providing reference for refining talent training standards and requirements. A model of key competencies of military cadets was constructed on the basis of 446 journal articles，which were thoroughly interpreted，manually annotated and conceptually integrated and refined. The model contained four dimensions--knowledge reserve，competency, attitude and moral，physical and mental quality，which were subdivided into 17 core indicators such as“general knowledge，application ability，political awareness and psychological quality”，and included 62 key elements such as“high-tech information knowledge，military knowledge，problem-solving ability，operational ability，mission awareness，and dedication”. The systematicity，validity and uniqueness of the model were confirmed through its comparison with representative models at home and abroad. |
