      核心素养是教育领域的热点问题。构建军校学员核心素养模型能厘清学员必备的品格和关键能力,为细化人才培养标准与要求提供参考。通过对446篇期刊文献进行深入解读、人工标注、概念整合与提炼,自下而上地构建了军校学员核心素养模型。该模型包含了知识、能力、态度与品德、身心素质四个维度,可细分为通用知识、运用能力、政治觉悟、心理素质等17个核心指标,涵盖了高科技信息知识、军事知识、解决问题能力、操作能力、使命意识、奉献精神等62个关键要素。经与国内外代表性模型进行比对,证实该模型具有系统性、有效性和独特性。
Abstract:
      The key competency is a hot issue in the field of education. Constructing a core competency model for cadets in military academies can clarify their essential character and key abilities,providing reference for refining talent training standards and requirements. A model of key competencies of military cadets was constructed on the basis of 446 journal articles,which were thoroughly interpreted,manually annotated and conceptually integrated and refined. The model contained four dimensions--knowledge reserve,competency, attitude and moral,physical and mental quality,which were subdivided into 17 core indicators such as“general knowledge,application ability,political awareness and psychological quality”,and included 62 key elements such as“high-tech information knowledge,military knowledge,problem-solving ability,operational ability,mission awareness,and dedication”. The systematicity,validity and uniqueness of the model were confirmed through its comparison with representative models at home and abroad.
