| 新时代高校国家安全教育是筑牢国家安全人民防线的关键所在，具有凝聚教育共识、提供公共产品、解决现实问题的重要作用，体现出强烈的公共价值属性。以此为基础，高校国家安全教育必须不断强化价值指向、增强价值认同、推动价值生产，创造符合时代要求与教育需求的公共价值。通过公共价值的强化、评估与升华，加快完善教育保障、总结教育经验、提炼教育模式，实现教育价值的持续创造和落地生根，以在教育系统乃至全社会推动形成维护和塑造国家安全的强大合力，确保总体国家安全观落到实处。 |
| Abstract: |
| National security education in colleges and universities in the new era is the key to building a strong defense line for national security and the people. It plays an important role in building educational consensus，providing public goods and solving practical problems，and reflects strong public value attributes. On this basis，national security education in colleges and universities must constantly strengthen value orientation，enhance value identification，promote value production，and create public value in line with the requirements of the time and educational needs. Through the strengthening，evaluation and sublimation of public value，we should accelerate the improvement of educational guarantee，summarize educational experience，refine educational mode，and realize the continuous creation and implementation of educational value. In this way，the strong synergy to safeguard and shape national security will be formatted in the education system and the whole society，to ensure the effective implementation of the holistic approach to national security. |
