      100年前,海森堡不仅创立了深刻改变科学技术与人类社会面貌的量子力学,更在23岁便开辟了重大科学新领域,树立了青年突破性创新的典范。研究从客观条件与主观作为两个方面探讨了海森堡创造奇迹的因缘:物理转向的机遇、转益众家的师缘、哲学思维的引领、科学极客的作风。海森堡的奇迹,对中国当代科技教育管理、青年拔尖科技人才的自主训练与组织培养,以及如何认识与统筹专业基本功训练与全面素质的关系,都具有深刻的启示。
Abstract:
      A century ago,Heisenberg not only founded quantum mechanics,which profoundly transformed scientific technology and human society,but also pioneered a major new scientific field at the age of 23,establishing a paradigm for groundbreaking innovation by young people. The study explores the factors contributing to Heisenberg’s miraculous achievements from two aspects:objective conditions and subjective actions. These factors include the opportunities presented by the shift in physics,the mentorship he received from various masters,the guidance of philosophical thinking,and the work ethic of a scientific geek. Heisenberg’s legacy offers profound insights for contemporary China in the management of science and technology education,the cultivation of young top-tier scientific talents through both self-directed training and institutional programs,and the strategic coordination between specialized foundational training and holistic competency development.
