| Abstract: |
| A century ago，Heisenberg not only founded quantum mechanics，which profoundly transformed scientific technology and human society，but also pioneered a major new scientific field at the age of 23，establishing a paradigm for groundbreaking innovation by young people. The study explores the factors contributing to Heisenberg’s miraculous achievements from two aspects：objective conditions and subjective actions. These factors include the opportunities presented by the shift in physics，the mentorship he received from various masters，the guidance of philosophical thinking，and the work ethic of a scientific geek. Heisenberg’s legacy offers profound insights for contemporary China in the management of science and technology education，the cultivation of young top-tier scientific talents through both self-directed training and institutional programs，and the strategic coordination between specialized foundational training and holistic competency development. |
