      为准确掌握本科学员学习与发展状况,运用建构主义和个体环境交互作用理论,从学员视角设计了涵盖院校支持、学业期望、学员投入、学习反馈、学习收获五个维度的调查指标和问卷,经信效度检验后抽样采集了1,193份有效数据。通过对调查数据的统计分析,揭示了军校本科学员在院校支持与满意度、课程与课堂教学、学习动力与状态、学习发展水平等方面的现状与存在的问题,并针对性地提出了提升管理水平、加强课程建设、强化学习支持和建设质量文化的对策建议,从而为进一步提升人才培养质量提供有益参考。
Abstract:
      To accurately grasp the learning and development status of undergraduate students,a questionnaire was designed based on constructivism and individual environment theory. Five dimensions were covered in the questionnaire,including institutional support,academic expectations,student engagement,learning feedback,and learning outcomes. Reliability and validity of the questionnaire have been tested. Then,1193 valid data were sampled and collected. Through statistical analysis of the survey results,the current situation and existing problems of undergraduate students in military academies in terms of institutional support and satisfaction,curriculum and classroom teaching,learning motivation and status,and learning development level were revealed. Targeted countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to improve management level,strengthen curriculum construction,enhance learning support,and build a quality culture,providing useful references for further improving the quality of talent cultivation.
