| 学位论文作为研究生科研成果的结晶，是研究生培养质量的集中体现。各级管理部门普遍将论文质量监管作为确保研究生教育质量的关键。通过对近五年军队院校学位论文抽查结果的分析研究，阐明了各评价维度之间与论文质量总体评价的关联性。同时，采用结构方程模型进一步分析了各评价维度之间的因果关系，发现理论或方法创新和独立科研能力是影响成果价值的关键因素。基于相关研究结果，提出了学位论文评价指标体系优化建议，为高等教育实践中评价标准的改进与完善提供了理论与数据支撑，有助于推动研究生教育质量持续提升。 |
| Abstract: |
| As a crystallization of postgraduate research achievements，the thesis serves as a central reflection of the quality of postgraduate training. Various administrative bodies universally consider the supervision of thesis quality as a key factor in ensuring the overall quality of graduate education. This study analyzes the results of random checks on theses from military academies over the past five years，examining the correlations between various evaluation dimensions and the overall assessment of thesis quality. Using Structural Equation Modeling，the study further explores the causal relationships between these evaluation dimensions，revealing that theoretical or methodological innovation and independent research ability are key factors influencing the value of research outcomes. Based on these findings，this paper proposes suggestions for optimizing the thesis evaluation indicator system，providing both theoretical and data-driven support for the improvement and refinement of evaluation standards in higher education practice. This，in turn，contributes to the continuous enhancement of the quality of graduate education. |
