      传统教学模式聚焦课堂内部,无法满足课程结束后学员继续学习的需求,其有限的课堂容量限制了学员知识的内化与能力的生成。为解决以上问题,研究提出从课堂内部走向课堂外部的“大周期混合教学模式”,以学员获得职业所需的知识、能力为导向,以主导课程与后续辅助课程为内容支撑,设计了包含目标认知、系统学习和体验实践等三个阶段的学习过程。新的教学模式整合了课堂内外部平台与资源,拉长了学员的学习过程,为学员的知识内化提供了缓冲时间,为学员的能力生成提供了更长的观察周期,有助于人才培养目标的最终实现。
Abstract:
      The traditional models of teaching conducted“inside the classroom”fails to meet the needs of students who wish to continue learning after the course ends. Its limited classroom capacity restricts students’internalization of knowledge and cultivation of their abilities. The study proposes a“large cycle blended learning model”that moves from the inside of the classroom to the outside,guided by students’acquisition of the knowledge and abilities required for their careers,supported by the main curriculum and subsequent auxiliary courses. The learning process includes three stages:goal cognition,systematic learning,and experiential practice. The new teaching model integrates internal and external platforms and resources in the classroom,prolongs the learning process of students,provides a buffer time for students’knowledge internalization,and provides a longer observation period for students’ability generation,which helps to ultimately achieve the goal of talent cultivation.
