| 高等教育赋能新质生产力是推进中国式现代化进程的内在要求，也是加快新质生产力发展的动力源泉。高等教育以新质人才培养为支撑、以新知识定位明方向、以新技术转化促变革，为新质生产力形成与发展注入了不竭动力。具体来说，高等教育通过知识引领、文化塑造的“软赋能”和人才驱动、技术支撑的“硬赋能”，实现了四维协同状态，为新质生产力的形成与发展提供了“软条件”与“硬基础”支持。在加快新质生产力发展的新形势和新要求下，要准确把握高等教育赋能新质生产力发展的关键着力点，通过革新人才培养模式、优化学科生态布局、搭建有组织科研架构以及营造创新文化氛围等举措，为新质生产力发展供给高教之能。 |
| Abstract: |
| Higher education empowering new quality productivity is an intrinsic requirement for advancing the process of Chinese modernization and serves as a driving force for accelerating the development of new quality productivity. Higher education，supported by talent cultivation，guided by the direction of new knowledge，and propelled by the transformation of new technologies，injects continuous vitality into the formation and development of new quality productivity. Specifically，higher education achieves a synergistic state of four-dimensional power through the“soft empowerment”led by knowledge and shaped by culture and the“hard empowerment”driven by talents and supported by technology. This provides both“soft conditions”and“hard foundations”for the formation and development of new quality productivity. In response to the emerging trends and demands of accelerating new quality productivity，it is essential to accurately identify the key leverage points through which higher education can exert its empowering effects. This can be accomplished by reforming talent cultivation models，optimizing the disciplinary ecosystem，constructing organized research frameworks，and fostering a culture of innovation—thus enabling higher education to fully contribute to the development of new quality productivity. |
