| 军士人才队伍是我军战斗力生成的中坚力量，加强军士人才研究与建设是稳固战斗力的重要工作之一。以定向培养军士人才队伍为研究对象，基于当前定向培养军士生群体在军校（军营）的适应性表现问题，通过构建“军事体育锻炼态度－职业承诺－军校适应性”中介关系模型，系统分析了三者之间的作用路径与影响机制，旨在通过干预定向培养军士生的心理行为和身体表现，提升该群体的军校（军营）适应性，强化其强军事业使命感，同时为优化军事人才培养体系提供理论方法，促进军队战斗力可持续发展。 |
| Abstract: |
| The sergeant talents are the backbone of our army’s combat effectiveness，and strengthening the research and construction of sergeant talents is one of the important tasks to stabilize combat effectiveness. The study focuses on the development of directional training of sergeant talents，and based on their adaptability performance in military academies（barracks），a mediating relationship model of military physical exercise attitude，career commitment and military academy adaptability is constructed to systematically analyze the interaction path and influencing mechanism among the three. The aim is to intervene in the psychological behavior and physical performance of targeted sergeant students，enhance their adaptability to military academies（barracks），strengthen their sense of mission for building a strong military，and provide theoretical methods for optimizing the military talent training system，thus promoting the sustainable development of military combat effectiveness. |
