      为解决退役复学大学生学校适应问题,探究人格特质对退役复学大学生学校适应的影响机制,采用中国大学生学校适应量表、中国版10项目大五人格量表、中文版调节定向问卷和心理资本量表,对150名退役复学大学生开展问卷调查,探讨调节定向和心理资本在退役复学大学生人格特质和学校适应间的链式中介作用。结果显示:人格特质的五个维度(外向性、宜人性、尽责性、情绪稳定性、开放性)与学校适应显著正相关;退役复学大学生促进定向组的学校适应度显著高于预防定向组;心理资本在开放性与学校适应间起中介作用;促进定向和心理资本在外向性、宜人性、尽责性、情绪稳定性与学校适应间起独立中介作用和链式中介作用。据此提出教育建议:应重点关注退役复学大学生心理资本的开发和利用,并为其营造适配调节的教育教学环境。
Abstract:
      To address the issue of school adaptation for veteran college students,the study explores the impact mechanism of personality traits on their school adaptation. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 150 veteran college students using the Chinese version of CCSAS,TIPI-C,RFQ and PCQ-16 to explore the chain mediating effect of regulatory focus and psychological capital on the personality traits and school adaptation of veteran college students. Results show that the five dimensions of personality(extroversion,agreeableness,conscientiousness,emotional stability,and openness)were significantly positively correlated with school adaptation;the school adaptation of veteran college students in the promotion oriented group was significantly higher than that in the prevention oriented group;psychological capital played a mediating role between openness and school adaptation;promoting orientation and psychological capital played independent and chain mediated roles in the relationship between extroversion,agreeableness,conscientiousness,emotional stability and school adaptation. Therefore,educational suggestions are proposed as follows:focus on the development and utilization of veteran college students’psychological capital,and create a matching educational and teaching environment.
