在高校自主军训背景下,军训学生教官的综合素质与能力对军训育人成效具有决,定性影响。为系统探究高校军训学生教官的胜任力要素,优化选拔机制、提升培养效能并推动队伍建设,采用半结构化访谈对31名受访对象进行调查,运用扎根理论构建学生教官胜任力模型。研究结果表明,学生教官胜任力体系包含六大核心维度,即内在驱动力、专业能力、综合能力、个性特质、价值取向及知识储备。基于此,研究提出具有针对性的培育与提升建议,旨在全面提升学生教官队伍建设水平,助力国防教育与实践的高质量发展。 |
Abstract: |
Under the framework of university-organized military training,the quality and competence of military training student instructors play a pivotal role in determining the educational effectiveness of such programs. To systematically explore the competency elements of military training instructors in universities,optimize selection mechanisms,enhance training efficiency,and promote team building,a semi-structured interview was conducted on 31 participants,and a comprehensive competency model was constructed based on grounded theory. The research results indicate that the competency system of student instructors includes six core dimensions,namely intrinsic driving force,professional ability,comprehensive ability,personality traits,value orientation,and knowledge reserve. Based on this,targeted cultivation and improvement suggestions are proposed in the study,aiming to comprehensively enhance the level of military training student instructor team construction and assist in the high-quality development of national defense education and practice. |
