| 为深入贯彻人才强军理念，推动军队院校教学改革末端落实，研究阐述了军士职业技术教育过程中达成高阶技能目标的重要意义，系统分析了职业技术教育军士技能实训过程中的主要问题，紧扣“技能目标科学分层、创新策略分段达标、多元评价强化养成”三个关键切入点，构建了职业技术教育军士高阶技能目标达成路径，为解决军士人才职业技能培养一系列现实问题提供了理论方法。 |
| Abstract: |
| To thoroughly implement the talent-driven military development strategy and ensure the final implementation of teaching reforms in military academies，this paper elaborates on the significance of achieving high-order skill goals in the process of cultivating Non-Commissioned Officers（NCOs）in vocational and technical education，and systematically analyzes the main problems in the training practice. Focusing on the three key points of“scientific stratification of skill goals，phased achievement of innovative strategies，and reinforcement through multivariate evaluation”，it systematically plans the path to achieving high-order skill goals，providing theoretical and methodological support for addressing a series of practical issues in training the vocational skills of NCOs. |
