| 生长军官的时间管理具有鲜明的作战特性，是其领导力培养的重要内容。在分析军事时间作战特性基础上，基于倾向性和阶段性两大特性，构建生长军官时间管理模型，包括个体时间管理训练心理结构模型和组织时间管理训练发展阶梯模型。然后，结合生长军官培养实际，在领导力行为训练和阶段性工作训练中分别开展两个模型的应用设计和实践，以期为生长军官领导力的培养、学习训练任务的完成以及能打胜仗的时间管理提供理论方法和实践借鉴。 |
| Abstract: |
| Cadets’time management has distinct combat characteristics and is an important part of cultivating their leadership. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of military time operations，a cadet time management model is constructed based on the two major characteristics of tendency and stage，including an individual time management training psychological structure model and an organizational time management training development ladder model. Then，combined with the actual training of cadets，the application design and practice of the two models are carried out in leadership behavior training and stage work training，in order to provide theoretical methods and practical references for the training of cadets’leadership，the completion of learning and training tasks，and time management for winning battles. |
