在高等教育高质量发展背景下,本科生导师制本土化实践成为我国本科教育改革的关键议题。基于制度变迁理论与嵌入性理论框架,系统分析本科生导师制本土化困境的制度逻辑可以发现,制度移植引发的核心功能旁落、非正式制度冲突及配套机制缺失,导致其面临生存场域冲突、制度绩效落差与运行秩序紊乱的三重困境。通过结构嵌入、政治嵌入、认知嵌入与文化嵌入等多维整合,可以实现本科生导师制从“移植”向“嵌入”的范式转型,促进其与本土高等教育生态的深度耦合。由此,为破解这一制度本土化困境、重塑本科生导师制提供理论依据与实践路径。 |
Abstract: |
Under the background of high-quality development of higher education,the localization practice of undergraduate tutorial system has become a key issue in the reform of undergraduate education in China. Based on the theoretical framework of institutional change and embeddedness,this paper systematically analyzes the institutional logic of the localization dilemma of undergraduate tutorial system. It can be found that institutional transplantation has caused the loss of core functions,informal institutional conflicts and the lack of supporting mechanisms,leading to the triple dilemma of survival field conflict,institutional performance gap and operational disorder. Through the multi-dimensional integration of structural embeddedness,political embeddedness,cognitive embeddedness and cultural embeddedness,the undergraduate tutorial system may witness the paradigm shift from“transplantation”to“embeddedness”,and its deep coupling with local higher education ecology can be promoted. Therefore,it provides a theoretical basis and practical path for solving the dilemma of institutional localization and rebuilding the undergraduate tutorial system. |
