针对目前高校程序设计课程面临学习者基础差异大、技术迭代快与评价体系单一等挑战,传统教学模式已难以满足个性化需求。研究提出基于多模态大模型的动态学习路径规划方法,通过整合编程行为、知识掌握与实践能力等多维度数据,构建“数据采集—智能分析—动态调整—效果反馈”的动态调节机制。实验表明,该方法能精准识别学习差异,显著提升知识迁移效率与实践能力,为程序设计课程的个性化教学提供了有效的技术方案和实践案例。 |
Abstract: |
Due to current challenges in university programming courses—such as significant disparities in learners’foundational knowledge,rapid technological iteration,and homogeneous evaluation systems—traditional teaching models are no longer able to meet personalized needs. This paper proposes a dynamic learning path planning method based on multimodal large models. By integrating multidimensional data including programming behaviors,knowledge mastery,and practical skills,the study constructs a dynamic regulation mechanism encompassing“data collection,intelligent analysis,dynamic adjustment,and effect feedback”. Experimental results demonstrate that this method can accurately identify learning disparities,significantly improve knowledge transfer efficiency and practical skills,and provide an effective technical solution and practical case for personalized teaching in programming courses. |
