      案例教学是军队院校常用教学方法之一。在教学实践中,案例教学会由于教员与学员的定位差异、所学与所用的互相失谐、环境与途径的创新欠缺、考核与评价的单一笼统等原因,导致课程学习参与度失衡、学员学习兴趣度降低、批判性思维锻炼不充分、目标检测有效性不足等困境。在“合法的边缘性参与”理论指导下,可通过构建和谐师生关系、设置精准靶向案例、创新适配学习要素、调整考核评价机制等策略,优化案例教学设计,帮助学员在学习中端正参与态度、增进参与深度、拓展参与广度、提高参与频度,提升案例教学效果。
Abstract:
      Case teaching is one of the commonly used teaching methods in military academies. In teaching practice,case teaching may face difficulties such as imbalanced participation in course learning,reduced student interest in learning,insufficient critical thinking exercise,and insufficient effectiveness of goal detection due to differences in the positioning of teachers and students,mismatch between what is learned and what is used,lack of innovation in environment and approach,and single and vague assessment and evaluation. Under the guidance of the theory of“legitimate peripheral participation”,case teaching design can be optimized through strategies such as building harmonious teacher-student relationships,setting precisely targeted cases,innovating and adapting learning elements,adjusting assessment and evaluation mechanisms in order to help students correct their participation attitudes,enhance participation depth,expand participation breadth,increase participation frequency in study,and improve the effectiveness of case teaching.
