| 为进一步强化人才培养目标在院校育人中的关键作用，研究在对目标为纲进行内涵解析和理论溯源的基础上，指出以目标为纲构建高质量为战育人体系具有实践必然性，是军事高等教育政治属性、战位指向和体系优化的必然要求。基于军队院校落实目标为纲的现状分析，进而提出以目标为纲构建高质量为战育人体系的实践路径，包括更新教育教学理念、建立教学目标体系、统领教育教学体系和加强条件机制保证。 |
| Abstract: |
| To further strengthen the critical role of talent cultivation objectives in military academies，this study conducts a connotative analysis and theoretical tracing of the“objective-as-guiding-principle”concept. It is pointed out that constructing a high-quality combat-oriented education system contains the practical necessity，which is an essential requirement of the fundamental attribute，orientation towards combat positions and system optimization of higher military education. Furthermore，through an analysis of the current implementation of this principle in military academies，the study proposes practical pathways for building such a system including updating educationsl philosophies，establishing a structured talent cultivation objective framework，aligning educational and teaching systems with these objectives，and strengthening supporting conditions and mechanisms. |
