      当前部队对电子对抗领域高素质专业化人才的需求与日俱增,但该领域人才培养仍存在教学内容与任职需求不匹配、人才培养需求侧与供给侧对接不紧密、育人环节联合不深入等问题。文章充分借鉴国内外名校实践育人的研究生培养模式,基于电子对抗岗位能力需求,提出“战教赛研一体”的电子对抗方向研究生实践育人模式,将岗位实践、课程教学、学科竞赛、科研锻炼有机结合以增强人才培养体系的完整性和联动性。同时,于全过程中贯穿思政元素,全面提升学员的岗位任职能力、科学研究能力、团队协作能力和高效学习能力,以期为推进电子对抗人才培养体系发展提供有益探索。
Abstract:
      Currently,there is a growing demand for high quality electronic warfare talents within the military,yet it still faces challenges in talent cultivation in this field,including mismatches between educational content and post requirements,inadequate alignment between talent demand and supply,and insufficient integration in collaborative education. Drawing extensively from practical postgraduate training models of leading domestic and international universities,this paper proposes the“Warfare-Teaching-Competition-Research”Model in the practical cultivation of electronic warfare postgraduates. Based on competency requirements of electronic warfare positions,this model organically combines operational practice,curriculum teaching,academic competitions and research projects,effectively enhancing the coherence and synergy of the talent cultivation system. Besides,ideological and political education is systematically integrated throughout the entire process. This model comprehensively enhances trainees’post readiness,scientific research capabilities,team collaboration skills,and efficient learning abilities,providing valuable exploration for advancing the development of electronic warfare talent cultivation systems.
