| 在全球信息化浪潮下，网络空间已成为国家安全的关键领域。在国家网络强国战略背景下，高校承担着培育具有网络安全意识人才的紧迫任务。研究首先依托网络强国战略导向，从预见的未来趋势、面临的现实挑战及高校的角色定位三维视角，精确界定了高校网络安全教育的导向目标。进而，通过剖析教育的逻辑起点及核心使命、时代提出的挑战及实施过程的关键节点，全方位解析了高校网络安全教育的核心构成要素。基于上述分析，研究从深化对网络安全教育重要性的认知、创新教育模式与课程体系以及重塑科学的评价机制等方面提出了一系列实施路径，旨在为提升高校网络安全教育质量提供坚实的理论基础与实践路径。 |
| Abstract: |
| Under the global wave of informatization，cyberspace has become a key area of national security. Against the backdrop of the national strategy for building a cyber power，universities are faced with the urgent task of cultivating talent with cybersecurity awareness. The study first anchors itself in the strategic guidance of building China into a cyber power. From three dimensions—anticipated future trends，current practical challenges，and the role positioning of higher education institutions—it precisely defines the orientation and objectives of cybersecurity education in universities. Furthermore，by analyzing the logical starting point and core mission of education，challenges posed by the times，and key nodes in the process of implementation，the core components of cybersecurity education in universities are comprehensively analyzed. Based on the above analysis，a set of implementation paths have been proposed including deepening the understanding of the importance of cybersecurity education，innovating education models and curriculum systems，and reshaping scientific evaluation mechanisms，aiming to provide a solid theoretical foundation and practical guidance for improving the quality of cybersecurity education in universities. |
